
Some
friends of ours turned us on to this stuff. It's just corn, I
think. They cooked it outdoors in a pan with garlic and a little
bit of oil. We sauté chopped up jalapeño pepper
and garlic in a sauce pan and then add the hominy. Cannot decide
whether we like the white or the yellow the best so we mix them.
One can of each makes a meal for two. Not too crazy about this
brand name but it tastes just fine.
