Happy Ice. Who ever heard of such a thing? They used to have a place in the Public Market near the Modern Banana company. That was quite a pairing. The bag says they are "Manufacturers of Quality Ice Products." I guess that means the ice is clean and not more than 32 degrees. I can't think of any other properties I would be looking for in an ice product.
