The whole place is smoking. People smoke in the lobby, the elevators and especially while they gamble. And when they run out of cigarettes they buy them tax free, by the carton in the shop down the hall. There is no alcohol at this casino so you see people walking around with coolers. As we were checking into our room, the couple next door were emerging from theirs with Genny beer cans in their hands.
