Well, what are they waiting for? Too lazy to move these damn things inside, the owners of this building shrink wrapped their horses for the winter and we get to look these screaming, suffocating creatures all winter long. And we hear there was another plan to litter our fair city with fiberglass. This white elephant across the street on Blossom may be one of them.
