No Swimming - Because

My mother -in-law feels sorry for the tobacco companies. (I think she owns some tobacco stock). I feel sorry for smokers, huddled around these fuming "Smoker's Outpost" stations at the doors of the Chase Building in downtown Rochester. There were four or five smokers gathered here as I took this photo. They all stopped talking to watch as I set up the shot. You can't see it in this photo but the butts inside were smoldering and smoke - stale, funky damp cigarette smoke - was coming out of the top of this thing. There is a lot of "smoker" vs "nonsmoker" body language goin' down in these spots too.
